Thanks for your feedback.

Ideas with status Business Case require a bit more development and might affect several parts of the system. These will therefore have to be prioritised against other new development. The way we do this is by writing a business case for the development and then discussing the prioritisation of the business cases. We write business cases for the top ideas with this status.

Thanks for your feedback. You're not alone;) This is something that we heard already in the beta but have not had time to work out a good enough solution to. You may want to vote for some of the other ideas about the same thing. We go through the ideas by ranking.

Well I guess this is partially under development. Netviewer's new version will allow Mac users to start online meetings. We are trying to work out the implementation of this in our system. Hopefully later this year.

Hi Camilla,

It's easy to select a few people to be notified. All you do is use the @referencing. Start with @ and then some letters from the persons name. This will bring up a list of project members to choose from. Everyone who is @referenced in a post or comment will receive an email notification about it.

In the latest version you can highlight more official posts by marking them as important. This will make them stand out by giving them a different colour from the other posts.

The hashtag feature is now fully implemented and you can see all hashtags used in the Tag tab on the Project Overview

Tonight we have implemented a function to upload multiple documents to Projectplace. You'll find it under the New menu in Documents. Here you can also choose to put the files under version management.

As of tonight you should be able to upload multiple documents to projectplace. You will find the functionality in Documents under the New menu.

Downloading a lot of documents is easy. Just highlight them in the tick boxes and use the Compress and Retrieve function under the share menu:
