Hi Michael,

This was a bug that we have recently fixed. If you still experience it, I recommend clearing the cache in your browser (see how under this link http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache)

After clearing the cache, please close all open browser windows and try again in a new window.

I experience exactly the same thing: white screen after auto log-off. I cleared cache already few times, no improvement.
I browsed the idea database, and apparently a lot of users dislike the auto log-off functionality, where in reality one is often working in a document for a longer period.
Personally, I find this also very annoying (sorry, no other words available).
PP should address this issue once more!
