Our company has updated to Windows 7 and has strict security controls on whocan install what where.
Unfortunately the PowerTab is automatically installed to a folder to which we have no write authorities and although I get the success message there are in fact no files in the folder and thus the power tab does not work.
Why can't I choose where this software is installed?
Thanks for your feedback. The plug-in is designed to be installed by someone with administrative rights on the computer and will not work properly if it isn't. I strongly advice that you let someone with admin rights install it so that it is allowed for all users on the local machine.
If you have any problems with the installation, please don't hesitate to contact our support on firstname.lastname@example.org as thay can do a more extensive troubleshooting on your environment.
