Hi Kyle,

Thanks for your feedback! It's great to hear that you think we do a good job. I have forwarded your question to the mobile team. I know that we have talked about it but I'm unsure on the timeframe and difficulty of this.

I, or they, will get back to you

Best regards,
Karolina

Hi,

I have heard from the mobile team that even though they have checked the possibility to open and eedit documents in iOS, they haven't found a good enough usage model for it. Therefore this is not on the immediate horizon.

Best regards,
Karolina

Disappointing!
There MUST be a huge pent-up demand for this. How many people work remotely these days, and currently can't actually amend their documents via iPad/ iPhone? Seeing how simple this is in other app's, would have thought your guys could get this capability implemented pretty simply, unless you have another way to deliver this, via Safari/ Other iOS browser (even with internet/ web-site access on my iPad, I can only "view" files, not amend. Frustrating! Please help!

I think you might tackle this in two steps: Start with the standard 'open in...' functionality to view documents in native iPad/iPod application. Only then try to resolve the opening _and_ saving back to Projectplace.

Hi.
I've just started using Projectplace on my IPad , and i think it works great, but I'm missing the "open in.." function too.
Hope this will be available soon.
