The item Meeting has a tab for documents. We are using this tab for Agenda and Meeting Record and we make links to relevant documents.
The documents and links in this tab are not available in the Projectplace App on my Android Galaxy Tab.
A solution with greater benefits:
Generate automatically in general Documents a map 'Meetings', with submaps (only reading) per meeting date/time, f.e. 20120202|10:00, and make links to or copies of the originals.
Then you can also share/zip the meeting docs with other people.

Hi John,
Thanks for your feedback. I changed the category to mobile apps so that the mobile team will take more notice of it. Right now they are working really hard at the next generation of the obile apps and I hope that this is something that can be taken into consideration.
