We also have a GoToMeeting licence, it's provided by Citrix just like Netviewer in PP. It allows us to book an online meeting just like one can book a normal meeting in Outlook. It's very frustrating to agree a future date but not to be able to send the meeting ID and joining instructions when booking an online meeting. Please fix ASAP!

Hi Paul,
Thanks for your feedback. At the moment this feature is not available in the version included with Projectplace. But of course you may use the license that you already have for online meetings instead. I am checking out how our license is set up as well though:)

We can only agree, here at FlexLink life would be a lot easier if we didn't have to tell a 9-digit session number, often several times, before a meeting can start. If is is as easy as indicated from PP we should not have to wait too long - just another version of Netviewer!
