The top ideas with status Quality Backlog are discussed on a regular basis with the design team. These should be minor development, and could include hygiene factors, little things that create a wow effect and ideas that could have a positive effect on a lot of users.

As I understand it the part 11 signature is a legally binding signature. This might be tricky to implement but we'll look into just how tricky if the idea gets enough votes so we can see that there is a need for it.

Thanks for your response. No, the "review and approve" lock is not sufficient for our kind of documents. A "part 11" signature would expand our use of Projectplace and could be applicable for all of our projects.

If this service can be offered by projectplace, it will be more attractive for potentially new clients. It gets more common to use document handling programmes that holds the Part 11 e-signature function and that is due to safety, less paperwork and environmental causes.
