Något som vore toppen om det fanns är planering av resurser (personella). Många projektmedlemmar ingår i mer än ett projekt och det vore bra om man kunde få hjälp att planera in medlemmarnas insats i resp. projekt.
Dessutom skulle det vara bra om man kunde få återkoppling enligt följande:
Kalle deltar i tre projekt med tre olika projektledare. Då ska inte alla tre PL kunna planera in Kalles tid till 100 %, utan de får meddelande om att Kalle är aktiv i projekt 1 till 50 % och projekt 2 till 30 %, för att ge ett exempel.
Hoppas och tror att denna förbättring kommer så småningom!
