Instead of a code, e.g.
12&MBet$)@projectinbox.projectplace.com
have an email address that refers to your project, e.g.
MissionZ@projectplace.com
Looks professional, easier to work with (and easier to get projectmembers to use it)

Thanks for your feedback. To ensure that email is sent to the right project, the email address has to be unique and project names are not necessarily unique. Therefore we autogenerate an address for your project. If you send the users the email address the contact they receive will have the project name. You find a function to do this in the overview tab of issues. Click on the link "Distribute the Address for Issues"

Hi Marleen,
I was just informed by out bug manager that the "Distribute the Address for Issues" function has a problem but we will hopefully fix that in the next release (11th Oct). Until then you can download the address manually and create the contact in your address book.
