When preparing a meeting, an number of documents can be attached to a specific meeting. Is there a way to copy all documents (which are on projectplace) to the desktop. Selecting all the documents and dragging them to the desktop does not work since only one document is copyed. All documents have to copied one by one, which does not make sense

Hi Luc,
Thanks for your feedback. The easiest way is to select all the documents in the meeting and then select "compress and retrieve" which you find on the "share" menu in the toolbar.
This will download all selected files as a zip to a location of your choice on your hard drive.
