Hi
we (real estate investment management company) need to approve new lease agreements by several parties in different countries. Here is the process: our property management suggests a new tenancy by uploading an Approval Form. This needs to be checked and approved by us in Frankfurt, also in London and in Luxembourg. Once everyone has approved it, the lease agreement can be concluded.
This works very well in Projectplace, the only issue is the following: we need to print out the document and attach the approvals to that sheet. Which means, ideally, I would like to print out the HISTORY to show the approvals. Also the REVIEW section as a printout would work, but this cannot be done.
My question, because we do not want to take a screenshot: can you easily implement a Print button for us in any of the above named sections? Our tax people are not satisfied having this information online only.

Hi Tanja,
Thanks for your feedback. We have no immediate plans on introducing a print button here so in the short term I would still advice you to make a screen shot or simply highlight, cut and paste the text on the page. This idea will go for review in our quality group if it gets enough votes.
The top ideas with status Quality Backlog are discussed on a regular basis with the design team. These should be minor development, and could include hygiene factors, little things that create a wow effect and ideas that could have a positive effect on a lot of users.
