Thanks for your feedback. The search functionality is one of our prioritised areas at the moment and we will be doing improvements to it incrementally over the next year. We actually already started and it should be quicker and more accurate since our last release. If you want to use meta data you can put this in the description of the document which together with the name is what we index for searching at the moment.
