Thanks for your feedback. If you are having project specific problems it is easier to contact our support directly on support@projectplace.com. I can only give you some general advice:

1. Check that you are logging in with the right email address. Some of our users have different projects on different email addresses.
2. Contact someone in the project (an administrator) to check if you have been removed and/or had your access restricted in any way. We here at projectplace can not invite or remove people from individual projects.
