It would be nice if the top-rows could be locked in the Gantt-diagram or in the documents overview. In the current situation, when you scroll down, the top-row scrolls up and dissapears.

In that view I think it is unlikely that we will change the current design, at least until we know where we are going with the new one. I will however, forward your input to the design team to think about in the pre-study.
