Instead of having a new window open when clicking on the red flag it must be possible and much better and easier to open a dropdown menu with info and choices.

adding a new PP-window is only possible from first main menu
after I chosen "Latest Document" I have to go back to get a new window when I don't find a good doc to browse from.
