When on the lowest level and you unflag some documents that is not consolidated and automaticly unflags the level above.
My true beleif is that it should be done as an aggregation up in the chain so that when you unmark all files on a certain level in the tree the level just above MUST automatically be unflagged.

Thanks for your feedback. For this particular idea I would really hear how other users think about the way red flags work now and how they want it to work. Right now the red flags are not aggregated but instead indicate that something has happened to the particular object. Imagine for instance that you create and then remove a document in a folder. If we aggregated the red flags you would not see that anything had happened since there is no file inside the folder with a red flag.

I see your point. But to me what you describe sounds like a nice feature but more for an admin than a regular team-member. So my suggestion remains! Maybe with your twist that it workes differently for the team admin if there is such a role.
