Converting from one file format to another would be nice, rather than having to download, converting to an older or newer version and then upload again. Specifically with Microsoft office products this would be nice.
Thanks for your feedback. I will put this as a quality issue but right now we have no immediate plans to include converters in the service. There are free converters to download from Microsoft that do the job far better and for free:)

We also have a GoToMeeting licence, it's provided by Citrix just like Netviewer in PP. It allows us to book an online meeting just like one can book a normal meeting in Outlook....
