When sending an issue via email for feedback, there should be a pepared email address for the holder/current responsisble for the issue.
The open list for To: email addresses: you should be able to pick adresses from a list of members in the current project.

Thanks for your feedback. Clicking on the To should bring up a list of project members and/or contacts.
The top ideas with status Quality Backlog are discussed on a regular basis with the design team. These should be minor development, and could include hygiene factors, little things that create a wow effect and ideas that could have a positive effect on a lot of users.
