Hi Claus,

Thanks for your feedback. Where did you try to install the plug-in from, the website or were you logged in to Projectplace? And which web browser were you using?

You can find information about our various plug-ins and add-ons on our website where you can also download them all. http://www.projectplace.com/Products-and-Services/Add-ons/

Best regards,
Karolina

I am aware that all plugins are available at the website, but I was using the link from within my project, suggesting I should install the plugin. And following that I noticed it was not sensitive to which browser I was using, (Internet Explorer 9), nor did I get to choose for which browser I wanted the plugin.

Hi,

I have replicated the problem. For now, the work around is to download and install the plug-in/powertab from the add-on page if you use IE9. We do not officially support IE9 yet and hope to fix this in a later release.

Best regards,
Karolina
