I've noticed upon trying to install the Projectplace Plugin/Powertab, that it automatically chose a firefox extension, which wasn't helpful, since I'm working from IE9. I'd like for it to be possible to either choose which plugin to install, or that it automatically chooses the correct plugin for you.
Hi Claus,
Thanks for your feedback. Where did you try to install the plug-in from, the website or were you logged in to Projectplace? And which web browser were you using?
You can find information about our various plug-ins and add-ons on our website where you can also download them all. http://www.projectplace.com/Products-and-Services/Add-ons/
Best regards,
Karolina
I am aware that all plugins are available at the website, but I was using the link from within my project, suggesting I should install the plugin. And following that I noticed it was not sensitive to which browser I was using, (Internet Explorer 9), nor did I get to choose for which browser I wanted the plugin.
Hi,
I have replicated the problem. For now, the work around is to download and install the plug-in/powertab from the add-on page if you use IE9. We do not officially support IE9 yet and hope to fix this in a later release.
Best regards,
Karolina
The link in Documents will now install the correct version of the plug-in for IE9 users.
Best regards,
Karolina
