It would be really great if the calender can be used for more than just booking meetings. There should be a function to categorize appointments/holidays and give them different colors. It would become well-organized.

Thanks for your feedback. We always appreciate hearing from our users how we can improve the Projectplace service.
The top ideas with status Quality Backlog are discussed on a regular basis with the design team. These should be minor development, and could include hygiene factors, little things that create a wow effect and ideas that could have a positive effect on a lot of users.
