Technical documents are often reviewed/inspected before becoming approved. For authors it is vital to locate the related review minutes to act upon the recorded remarks and for QA to verify that the documents have been properly reviewed.
I had the idea of putting a link to the review minutes in the "description field" of a reviewed document . But the description field does not recognize the copied link as a (hyper)link. It is just a text string without any function.
The string can of course be copied and enterred into Internet explorer as any URL. But this will be considered to cumbersome to most users.
If there isn't any similar way of doing this I think links in the description field may be very useful also for other purposes.

Hi Rikard,
Thanks for your feedback. You can get straight to all reviews for the document by opening the menu next to it and selecting "reviews". As for allowing links in the description of documents and other things in Projectplace this is something that is asked for fairly often.
Ideas with status Business Case require a bit more development and might affect several parts of the system. These will therefore have to be prioritised against other new development. The way we do this is by writing a business case for the development and then discussing the prioritisation of the business cases. We write business cases for the top ideas with this status.
Best regards,
Karolina
