Going through and updating status of closed ideas according to our new way of working. New process works as follows:

1. When you post a new idea that we consider valid, we will label it 'Open to vote for', so that it can be shared with other users and start gathering votes
2. Ideas that are support-related, already exist in some manner or non-implemented ideas that are older than a year and that have not gathered enough votes will be Archived.
3. We keep some older ideas that we think are in line with something we are planning otherwise or that have gathered enough votes.
4. If there are duplication of ideas, we may archive one of them and keep another which can continue to gather votes.
5. Ideas that we are planning to implement will be moved into the category 'Accepted'

No I don't use the plugin. One reason is that I have experienced problems with the plugin, especially when editing project place documents.
Secondly I feel one major idea with PP is the ability to work from independent sites as long as you have an Internet connection. Depending on a plugin limits you to certain platforms where you either have to be administrator on your computer or have a friendly IT department that allows for the plugin to be installed.

That is a help, although not a solution. I might for example, after a work day, make sure that I have left no documents locked that might hinder co-workers in their work. Maybe I'm out of office next day with no ability to go back in and unlock documents?
Having a list of all documents locked by my user visible in my overview page would give me instant access to these documents.

I really appreciate your quick responses Karolina. Thank you!

I understand. However, we try to keep the overview pages as uncluttered as possible and only provide the information that we believe most of our users need here. We have not perceived locked documents as a problem in most projects. If this idea gets lots of votes, or we start hearing that this is a problem for a lot of our users, we will of course need to find a solution to the problem.
I'm still unsure if the project overview is the most logic place for this information though, but I guess that is more a question for our interaction designers:)

Thanks for explaining the need in such a clear way.

Best regards,
Karolina
