As I work with a multinational team, sometimes is hard to schedule a meeting because they see only my time. That can be confusing and generate mistakes.
It should be nice if every one of them could see it in local time.
Lotus Notes does that in a nice way, it can be a benchmark. The image of it is attached.
I have good news for you. We have worked on making meetings (and other parts of the system as well) timezone aware and will roll out those changes in the next release.
Mainly the upcoming change means seeing meetings in your own local time, both in the system as well as when importing meetings to your calendar client.
