Daily report , week report. Updates in the middle of the night.
Many people in our projects has smartphones, with outlook mail.
Many has complained that they get mails in the middle of the night, that wake them up! The wifes complain also! :-)
Since smartphones become more and more popular, this problem will also increase in the future.
We suggest that you can change the time when the update mails come. I phoned to the support but they said it was impossible now. But they suggested I should share my idea.

Hi Hans,
Thanks for your feedback. The way the activity reports are sent out at the moment does not allow for individual settings. To change this would require quite a lot of changes in the system and I therefore put this idea in the business case backlog.
Ideas with status Business Case require a bit more development and might affect several parts of the system. These will therefore have to be prioritised against other new development. The way we do this is by writing a business case for the development and then discussing the prioritisation of the business cases. We write business cases for the top ideas with this status.
