During the last month - the online meeting system has become more unstable and crashed several times (not only for me but also for several of my colleagues as well)... it has also become more complicated to join an online meeting... I was very pleased vith the netmeeting capabilities before and I hope that these issues will be resolved in a near future
We have recently changed to Netviewer's SaaS solution which has made the online meeting numbers 3 numbers longer and the client has more features. This should be the only complications of the newer system. The upside is improvements especially for Mac users, and that our users will always have the latest Netviewer client.
If you are having problems with unstable online meetings at your location, this could be due to firewall or proxy issues for instance. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for help with the trouble shooting.
Your firewall should be open for the following:
Port: 443 HTTPS (obligatory), 2000 and/or 443 TCP (optional) and 80 HTTP (optional)
Type: outgoing connections
If it's possible in your network environment you can set wildcards or an IP-Range:
For example: *.netviewer.com
