In my project the new function/report "export authorization" ("exportera behörigheter" in swedish) generates more than 3000 A4 pages!
To become useful it is necessary to be able to select what info you want to see in the report. For instance: only groups/only people/both/a certain subfolder depth.
Even rotating of the header texts 90 degress would sometimes make the columns narrower.
A another idea is an "inverted" authorization report in which the fields are filled out or modified as the user prefers the authorization settings and then returned to PP. Folders and groups would suffice in the spread sheet headers.

Thanks for your feedack. I understand how this can be less than optimal for you. I put this in the quality backlog and see if it gets enough votes to be brought up in a quality meeting.
The top ideas with status Quality Backlog are discussed on a regular basis with the design team. These should be minor development, and could include hygiene factors, little things that create a wow effect and ideas that could have a positive effect on a lot of users.
