Thanks for your feedback. If you open the meeting there is a"notify participants" button in the toolbar. You can use it to send a message to the participants and they get a link in that message to view any documents included in the meeting. You can also go into the document tab of the meeting and send the documents in there for review.

The down-side of sending information via "notify participants" is that they get a new question whether they will participate or not, which could be confusing if they already have answered that. If I send documents via the meeting, I still have to add all the members who should receive the document/e-mail. What I would like to have is a pre-made send-list including all participants, when I send information or documents from the meeting.
