We are a consortium of persons with different roles and tasks to do. To exchange information, all of us may setup meetings. But from time to time it happens that a participant click the wrong button like "book meeting" to confirm the toggle-list. Without any question the meeting is booked and the participant will be the creator and manager of the meeting.
First of all I would appreciate a message-box informs about the consequences clicking that button before acting. Addional it would be helpful if a meeting-creator has full rights to manage the own meetings while rights of others are reduced to confirm and comment them.
That policy and handling would be helpful for all masterdata, groups, meetings and so on.
Thank you for your feedback. I will stick this in the quality backlog.
