Regularly, members within various projects at IKEA will leave the project. Especially external consultants work on a temporary base and should have no access anymore after they've left IKEA.
Currently, this implies that I need to remove these members from every project manually. This requires a lot of work and should be able to be done more easily.
Therefore, my idea is to request some kind of portal that enables me to manage member access project-wide. It will save valuable time if I can change members access to multiple projects within one screen.
Let me know if others experience the same issue as well!
Thanks for your feedback. If the members are part of an enterprise edition, the administrators of the enterprise have a tab for member management in the Project Office. In there they can remove members from all the enterprise edition projects.
