Going through and updating status of closed ideas according to our new way of working. New process works as follows:

1. When you post a new idea that we consider valid, we will label it 'Open to vote for', so that it can be shared with other users and start gathering votes
2. Ideas that are support-related, already exist in some manner or non-implemented ideas that are older than a year and that have not gathered enough votes will be Archived.
3. We keep some older ideas that we think are in line with something we are planning otherwise or that have gathered enough votes.
4. If there are duplication of ideas, we may archive one of them and keep another which can continue to gather votes.
5. Ideas that we are planning to implement will be moved into the category 'Accepted'

You can not get a collected view for all open issues in all projects, but you can get an overview per project.

On the Project Overview of each project you can filter on all coming issues in that project, and click on each Issue to work with it.

You can also go to the overview of the Issues tool, and click on "view all issues" on the right hand side.

I hope this can be of help for you.

Dear Beate
I have to manage about 120 projects now. Each project has about 5-30 issues. I should in total be supervising about 1200 issues. It is time-wise impossible to go through all these projects, navigate to issues and have a look at them. An overview on a higher lever could therefore be a nice solution and allow to go through all the issues in a speedy way. As I have seen in the reactions posted in the forum, I am not the only one supervising a large number of projects.
Kind regards, Luc Vrielinck
