Our number of projects (in the frame on the left side of screen) are increasing rapidly, therefore we would like to organize our projects into folders. So grouping similar projects in certain folders wil make searching/navigating more userfriendly and faster.

The only thing I can suggest right now is to hide certain projects from your menu. You do that under My preferences and Project Menu. It will give you the possibility to hide the projects you do not work with that intensively (however, you still have access to them).
Maybe that can be a work-around for you, while we follow the voting on this idea?

Great idea, I experience a lot of searching issues with my project list almost reaching 75.
