Thanks for your feedback and for testing the beta of the Project Wall. In the latest version of the beta (released last night) you can use hashtags to categorise your information. I have made a film about how this works:
In my film I went through the PowerTab and I have the Plug-in installed so that shouldn't be a problem. The feature was implemented last night so I think it has to be posts/comments that have been made since then.
For comments, the hashtag only turns into a link on the actual comment page (click on "comment" to get to it) but when you click a hashtag all the posts that has that particular hashtag in the post or a comment should be displayed.
