I fully agree. We need an "app" even for the Android open source Linux based operating system.

I also have a Android-based phone (HTC Desire) and would be more than glad to use PP on my phone when my laptop isn't around.

I dont use projectplace yet but I am searching for solution with mobile access and integration. HTC desire HD is the phone.

I recently got an Android-based smartphone and to be able to access PP when out and about would be really valuable. Android is on track to overtake Apple iOS and BlackBerry OS as the dominant smartphone OS during 2011, so it's time it was appropriately recognised! I wholeheartedly support this idea.

Oh, yes. You cannot forget about adding Android support. As of now, Projektplatsen (I'm Swedish) is the only collaborative system I am using in my profession that does not have an Android app.

YES, I asked a while ago. I saw recently that Android has 32% of the Smartphone market and growing. I don't believe that iPhone is the right one to have gone with first as most organisations tend not to support them for business use. I use Sony Ericsson X10.

Hi,

we have a team focused on developing for mobile platforms. It is unsure which platform they will begin with yet, but android is a hot candidate because of all the votes here:)

Thanks for engaging,
Karolina
