We have no immediate plans to work on a synch between local calendars and Projectplace. Soon we will implement the possibility to subscribe to a calendar feed that includes activities, milestones, cards and meetings from your projects.

You will still have to make any changes in Projectplace and not in the local calendar.

Best regards,
Karolina

Hi Rafael,

Thanks for your feedback. There are two ways of entering the meeting in your outlook (or other iCal compatible calendar). You can either open the meeting in Projectplace and select "export meeting" from the toolbar. Or if you have sent out a notification by email, there's an "import meeting" link in the mail.

Best regards,
Karolina

Thats not the same! That extra step is a potential error source! It should definitely sync automatically!

I really agree with Rafael above, a very common issue when working (as a consultant) with people in different organisations is the inability to view each other's calendars to set up meetings. If Project Place could bridge that gap it would be a huge advantage compared to other services!
