If you make projectplace non or less dependent on the plugin, than projectplace can be used by all the partners in my project.
I use projectplace in a setting with multiple organisations working together. To me, projectplace is esspecialy usefull in such a situation because the organisations do not share a common shared documentmanagement system, etc.
A major barier in using Projectplace is that it is not allowed in a lot of organisations to install a plugin. Because it is not easy to work with projectplace without the plugin, a couple of partner organisations strongly resist working with it. And I do understand them.
If you focus the way you build projectplace on instant usability without the plugin, that would really help.
I guess it is possible with some usability reasearch for older browsers and HTML5 for newer, to make some important actions more usable (in an alternative way.)
Examples of important actions:
- opening meeting documents from the inventation email
- uploading and downloading (multiple) files
Alternative suggestions:
- marking persons as 'wants to automaticaly receive (meeting)documents as attachments'

Hi Michiel,
As of tonight you should be able to upload multiple documents to projectplace. You will find the functionality in Documents under the New menu.
Downloading a lot of documents is easy. Just highlight them in the tick boxes and use the Compress and Retrieve function under the share menu:
