It should be possible to remove resources when they're with all the tasks completed, and not when they've not any tasks atributed to them. For e.g., i've added some non-members, and i want to delete them, but for that i've to also delete the tasks atributed to them.

Hi Rui,
Thanks for your idea. The reason I'm putting it under "not right now" is that we are unlikely to make changes in the Tasks tool at the moment as we are in the middle of rethinking in which way we want to develop it.
We might still do some quality fixes for the tool as it is now, but this change is a bit too big as it involves changes in the functionality.
For now I have two tips for you:
1. Anonymise the resources (call them just 1, 2, 3 etc)
2. Remove the resources as resources from the tasks. You can keep the tasks but the resources must not have any tasks to do and no time reported before you can remove them.
I hope this helps a little.
