Users do not often read the normal comments attached to documents in ProjectPlace. Therefore, sometimes it would be useful to be able to display a pop-up warning message (user defined) when a document is being opened, for example: "The information in this document is now out of date, please refer to...". The user should then have to acknowledge the warning before being allowed to open or view the document.
Hi Andy,
Thanks for your idea. I've been pondering for a while where to put this idea, I think I will put it in the quality backlog for now...
Best regards,
Karolina
The top ideas with status Quality Backlog are discussed on a regular basis with the design team. These should be minor development, and could include hygiene factors, little things that create a wow effect and ideas that could have a positive effect on a lot of users.
