Well, sometimes you agree a fixed date e.g. the April 23, 2010 at 11:00 o'clock for "installation a update for a software product on the client-machine" with the client -
This installation has to be started at 11:00 - not earlier and not later, because the client prepare this installation!

There's no chance to provide such a date, but it's necessary for our team-member to recognize, that the date+time is not to postpone. Setting the date "from" and "to" on the same date is not enough to show the urgent!
