As far as I know, it is not possible to generate an overview of which groups have access to which folders. This can only be viewed per folder, by clicking on the right side of a specific folder and then choose 'access'. It would be helpful if it would be possible to generate such an overview, rather than having to check it manually per folder.
Ideas with status Business Case require a bit more development and might affect several parts of the system. These will therefore have to be prioritised against other new development. The way we do this is by writing a business case for the development and then discussing the prioritisation of the business cases. We write business cases for the top ideas with this status.

Hi all,
We are doing a pre-study for a better overview and a better way to set access rights in Projectplace. No new functionality is included in the scope of the project but we want to make the existing functionality easier to use. If you want to help, we would be grateful to know in which situations you are when you find the current solution frustrating. What do you think could improve it?
Read more about this and the other things that are planned for release tonight in my blog http://projectplaceideas.wordpress.com/2010/11/09/release...
The possibility to get a report for how the access rights are set up for your members and folders was implemented 9th November 2010.
