I would like to request a feature that allows me to put all company employees in a group (called Employees for instance) and then invite that group to some, or all, of my company's projects. We are using the Enterprise edition but I imagine it could be useful for other versions as well.
If I add (or remove) an employee that person should immediately get access (be denied access) to all the projects that the Employee group is currently invited to.
The reason for this request is simple. We would like to keep all of our employees aware of everything (ie. be able to read all documents) that happens in all of our projects and that is only possible today by manually inviting everyone to every project and then manually add/remove any new/retired employees from all projects.
This will require a group management function for the entire Enterprise account and not only inside the individual projects.
