Our documents are often named with a serial number. When the project members receive the daily or weekly report you can't read what kind of report that has been added. You need to log-in on Projectplace to see what document it is, which is not time efficient.
If the description of each document is included in the daily -/weekly report it would be a lot more meaningful for the receiver, who easily can deside wether or not the added documents are of value.

Hi Jessica,
Thanks for your feedback. I understand that this can be tricky for projects with a document structure or naming convention that makes the document name less useful for identification.
If this idea gets a lot of votes, it might just happen.
