If you download an archive that is bigger than approximately 1 GB you can get an error message when trying to unzip the file saying that the file is corrupted. Ensure that you download maximum 1 GB at a time.

Hi Mette,

Thanks for your feedback. Roughly how big (how many files) is your project? I understand that it takes a long time, I have helped customers before and the process can be difficult. One of the things that often cause a problem is long filepaths in a complex folder structure. Trying to limit the entire path to the file (including file name and extension) to under 250 characters, keeping in mind that the location on the computer where you are unzipping is included in the path, can minimise the problem.

We can help you, send your request to support@projectplace.com. However, we do charge for this and we might need your help "tidying up" in the project.

Best regards,
Karolina
