Hi Sara,

Thanks for your feedback. We used to have priority for tasks but it wasn't used a lot and there wasn't that many people who were irritated by the removal.

But maybe the time has come to rethink? Let's see what other people think about this. And you can always use issues for prioritisation.

Best regards,
Karolina

The top ideas with status Quality Backlog are discussed on a regular basis with the design team. These should be minor development, and could include hygiene factors, little things that create a wow effect and ideas that could have a positive effect on a lot of users.

We have started a pre-study for planning and tracking of project work in Projectplace. The purpose of the pre-study is to create a vision of what we want to support and how, inventory of our current solution, design of several future solutions, selecting the best one and estimating development. The pre-study is scheduled to run for the rest of the year. We will probably want to involve our users in this aswell.

I think the priority idea would be a good thing especially when the planning functionality is limited. Of course there is a need to take a grip on what planning functionality should actually be supported in projectplace. I am using it for operative planning up to 8 weeks and have tactical/strategical planning in other planning tool. That works great but there are rooms for improvements, like priority of tasks.
