Hi Johan,

Thanks for your feedback. It gave me a reason to intsall Safari on this computer aswell:) The left bar looks very similar in IE and Safari and Chrome for me. (see screen shot).

Hi Johan,

The problem is related to browsers' rendering of text in Mac OS X - light text on dark background has a tendency of appearing bolder. This is a bug in Mac OS and basically out of our control. I'm sure that you have the same problem on other sites as well?

There are a few "tricks" for improving this (altering the opacity of the text for instance) - tricks that unfortunately have other downsides. But we're keeping our eyes open for ways of getting around this.
