The initial state of a document is "experimental". Second and later versions of the same document do not have a state (box is blank).
It is not possible to change the state of the latest version of the document. It is howver still possible to change the state of the initial (version 0.1) document.
Hi Karel,
Thanks for your feedback. I have tested this and I can't reproduce your problem:
It would be great if you could provide some more information on which web browser and operating system you use. And also if you could test with another document to see if you get the same problem there?
Best regards,
Karolina
Hi,
You can add a screen shot. Just click on the little "add an attachment" link in the original post. It's possible you might have to log in to see the link.
Regards,
Karolina
I've added some additional screen shots to the opening post. The initial version of the document (v 0.1) has a status ("proef"), and this status can be changed (see screen shot 2). Following versions do not inherit the status from version 0.1 (status box of these versions remains blank), nor is it possible to change this box (screen shot 3).
Hi Karel,
I think we'll have to look at this in an online meeting. I'll get someone from support (maybe even myself) to set one up with you at a convenient time.
Best regards,
Karolina
Going through and updating status of closed ideas according to our new way of working. New process works as follows:
1. When you post a new idea that we consider valid, we will label it 'Open to vote for', so that it can be shared with other users and start gathering votes
2. Ideas that are support-related, already exist in some manner or non-implemented ideas that are older than a year and that have not gathered enough votes will be Archived.
3. We keep some older ideas that we think are in line with something we are planning otherwise or that have gathered enough votes.
4. If there are duplication of ideas, we may archive one of them and keep another which can continue to gather votes.
5. Ideas that we are planning to implement will be moved into the category 'Accepted'
