Hi!
I try to find an easy way of deleting external members (greyed out) from the Project Office. It also seems that sometimes they are greyed out even if the e-mail suggests that they should be full members. Of course I can enter each associated project and delete the user from it, but I thought the general idea with PO was to have overview administration.

Hi Bianca,
Thanks for your feedback. External members are really only shown for your information and so that you can add them to the account if that's where they belong. Maybe we could just hide them? Or is there a specific reason that you want to delete them?

Yes, to hide them would simplify things! Or maybe show them as "archived/disabled users". When they appear in my member list, I just get the feeling that they still have access to our projects.
