Could be possible to get from ProjectPlace data base a complete project list of documents to manage project production (document delivered / status / revision, etc)?
Some Customers request the document list for other purposes like getting their own number for access in their document management system. This report could be exportable at Word or Excell file for instance.
I think so. Some documents reach the purposes that it was prepared and others receives more contributions for the project goals. That List can help people involved on the project to apply any helpfull document/ information available for their taks (keep the project aligned to the concept and internal rules for instance).
We have a project whose develpment was postoned due last economic crises. The Customer Team involved was relocated for other projects or leave the company. Now they are rebuilding the team with other people and, the document list was requested by the newcomers to understand the situation and the information developed since they started the project.
