I would like to be able to print a calendar with all the meetings that are set up within my project portfolio, to get an overview of what is happening in the programme (we have 10 project streams) . More important is that I want to communicate that information to our project members so they know when specific meetings will be held - that way they can come to me or the stream leaders with input before the meetings.

Hi Bianca,
And thanks for your feedback. The members in each project can go into the calendar and see the future meetings there. In a flat rate you can easily invite the people who need access to this information into the projects. Or do you need input from other stakeholders aswell?

Hi Karolina,
Thanks for taking the time to answer.
We have flat rate, but I don't want to invite all members into all projects, I just want to get an overview picture of all (major) meetings held every month throughout the programme. The idea is to let people know when meetings are held, although they are not invited to the meeting or the sub-project itself. Anyway, of course I can find a workaround for this. i.e. merging all project calendars together manually, but it is just time-consuming.

You can print the calendar of any project to a pdf for a period of your choice.
Just choose "print calendar" in the action menu on the right hand side of the meeting overview tab.
