We will probably include an option to send the PowerTab to the back of the screen in the next version of the PowerTab. We are also checking how difficult it might be to be able to move it to some other part of the screen than the top.

Hi, I’m new to Projectplace and I must say it's a nice app but really folks do we like the power tab to be that visible? I have a 12" Toshiba notepad and they have a nice way to solve this by simply folding it as a curtain showing only a tiny part of the frame and expanding it down again on mouse over.

Cheers Anders

Its extremely annoying to have the power tab blocking my screen at top. I dont mind having the plugin active, thats not the problem. It would be nice to have this work just like pretty much all other programs out there that you can have it in the normal windows toolbars, or having atleast some control over the power tab visibility.

In any case, top of the screen is not the correct place for support program. I would really appreciate being able to control it, be it even autohide. Prefered solution would be to have it only on toolbars. How about behind right click menu? Nvidia has their software accesible from there, and I have to say its quite comfortable to use. Not necesarily obvious for new users though.

Ps. For some reason Im logged out when I try to acces the link you provided Karolina, hence I try to post this information here.

Strange...if it's a problem you can call me about it (just call support or head office and ask for Karolina http://www.projectplace.com/Support-Contact/Contact-Intfo...). You could just use the login link at the top right-hand side of the forum to login though..

Good luck and happy posting,
Karolina

We have discussed implementing an option to send the powertab to the back of the screen (underneath any open window) instead of always on top. Would this make it better for you?
