Hi,

We have received no information on when and why this need occurs. We think that the need to lock and unlock several documents at once could be solved in a smarter way than by adding a button in the toolbar. You can set up access to a folder so that it's "read only" for all members except administrators. This way no documents in the folder could be accessed by anyone other than the project administrators. Could this be an acceptable work around?

Best regards,
Karolina

The top ideas with status Quality Backlog are discussed on a regular basis with the design team. These should be minor development, and could include hygiene factors, little things that create a wow effect and ideas that could have a positive effect on a lot of users.

We discussed this in yesterday's quality backlog meeting. We are reluctant to put a new button in the toolbar especially for a function that we are unsure if people use very often.

It would be very nice to understand when and why you want to lock or unlock a lot of documents at once.

Best regards,
Karolina
